Rod snapping under normal use due to a manufacturing defect

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by user error, including but not limited to:

Breaking the rod during aggressive fishing techniques (e.g., boat-flipping)

Dropping or accidentally damaging the rod

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your rod is found to have a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us within one year of purchase. You will need to provide:

A description of the issue

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

Photos of the defect or damage

Once we receive the claim, we will review it and, if valid, either repair or replace the rod at our discretion. If a replacement is needed, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
